Yeshiva Darchei Noam Middle School Schmuez
Wherever He is Allowed to Enter
Dear Readers:
Today's children are BE”H learning Hashem's Torah in quantity and quality perhaps unprecedented in our history, but we aren't spending enough time talking to them about Hashem and our relationship with Him.
In other words they are getting far more Excel (rational-based learning) than Word (developing an emotional connection with Hashem).
And as we all know, emotions govern our actions at least as much as reason does.
I hope you find the MP3 of this week's Friday Schmuez (talk) to the middle school students in my Yeshiva, helpful in developing a platform upon which to talk to our children and grandchildren about our relationship with Him.
Here is a link to this morning’s Schmuez. Click here to listen, or right click on the link and choose option, “save target as” if you’d like to download and save it to your computer or MP3 player. Best wishes for a Gutten Shabbos,
Yakov
